These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, cameras, cloud services and related offerings (together, the "Services") provided by Shenzhen Connors E-commerce Co., Ltd. (深圳市康诺斯电子商务有限公司, "Elarcam", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing surveillance, recording, privacy and data protection in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for positioning cameras and using footage in a lawful and respectful manner, and for obtaining any consents that the law requires. You must not:
Hardware specifications, features and availability may vary by model and region and may change over time. We may provide firmware and software updates to maintain, improve or secure the Services; some updates may be required for continued operation.
The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks (including "Elarcam"), text and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Shenzhen Connors E-commerce Co., Ltd. and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of media content your cameras record.
The Services may interoperate with third-party platforms and networks. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our cameras are designed to enhance security, no security product can guarantee prevention of loss, theft or harm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elarcam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Hardware may be covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty as described in the product documentation and on our Support page. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
We may modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of Shenzhen Connors E-commerce Co., Ltd., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies.
